PhD in progress. Elodie Lemaire pursues her PhD thesis, directed by Dr. Pere Fullana i Palmer, within the CERES-ProCon* project. The thesis, framed within the Horizon 2020 Program of the European Union and financed by the Spanish Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Competitiveness, aims to evaluate the sustainability of food diets.

Academic training. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (EPHEC, Belgium) and Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences and Management (ULB, Belgium).

Professional and research activities. She is currently a researcher at the Chair. Her research activity is focused on projects related to circular economy and sustainability. She worked previously as a junior project manager in a company of integral waste management, and as a researcher in the Belgian Building Research Institute, analysing the environmental impacts of a timber frame building through the Life Cycle Assessment methodology (LCA). She also worked on a project related to the environmental impacts of Belgian household’s consumption, using the input-output LCA methodology, as a part of her master’s thesis.
